30-day returns and exchanges
Request an eligible return within 30 days of delivery. Standard returns must be new, unused, uninstalled and complete with original packaging. 12-month limited warranty
Eligible products purchased directly from btscar-us.com are covered for 12 months from delivery against verified defects in materials or workmanship under normal automotive use.
Installed products
Installation does not automatically void warranty coverage. Installed items are not eligible for standard returns, but covered defects may qualify for warranty service. Incorrect installation, inadequate lubrication, contamination, overheating, misuse, racing, modifications and normal wear are excluded. Labor, diagnosis, towing and consequential expenses are excluded to the extent permitted by law. Statutory consumer rights remain unaffected.
