Who operates this store

HONG KONG ZHUOZHENGTONG INTERNATIONAL LIMITED operates btscar-us.com under the BTSCAR name (“we”, “us” or “our”). By using the store or ordering from it, you agree to these terms and the policies linked below.

Products and compatibility

BTSCAR offers aftermarket automotive parts, including camshaft and crankshaft kits, timing components, turbochargers, gaskets, oil pumps and valve lifters. We work to keep descriptions, included components, prices and fitment details accurate. Minor packaging or appearance variations may occur without changing the advertised function.

Vehicle names, engine designations and manufacturer part numbers identify compatible applications. Unless a listing expressly identifies a genuine OEM item, our products are aftermarket parts and are not made, authorized or endorsed by the referenced vehicle manufacturer.

Confirm the vehicle year, make, model, engine, VIN, production date and relevant part numbers before purchase and installation. Contact BTSCAR for written fitment assistance if unsure. Remedies for an incorrect item supplied following our written confirmation are set out in the Return & Refund Policy.

Installation requirements

A qualified automotive technician should diagnose the vehicle and install internal engine parts and turbochargers using the appropriate service instructions, torque settings, lubrication and inspection procedures. Depending on the product and vehicle, AFM/DOD conversions and performance camshaft kits may require supporting components, clearance checks and ECU calibration. Review the specific listing and confirm the complete installation requirements before ordering.

Orders, prices and payment

An order is an offer to buy. We may decline or cancel orders because of stock availability, an incorrect listing or price, failed payment, suspected fraud, an unsupported address or legal restrictions. If we cancel after collecting payment, we refund the amount collected for the cancelled item or order.

The checkout shows the payment currency, available payment methods, applicable taxes, shipping charges and discounts before you pay. Prices may change for future purchases; a later price change does not alter an accepted order.

Delivery and after-sales service

Amazon MCF may fulfill eligible U.S. orders. BTSCAR remains the seller and handles product information, order support, returns and warranty claims. Please read our Shipping Policy, Return & Refund Policy and Warranty Policy, which form part of these terms.

Use of the website and content

Do not use the store for unlawful or fraudulent activity, disrupt its operation or security, introduce harmful code, or infringe others’ rights. Original BTSCAR branding, text, design and media are owned by or licensed to us. Third-party trademarks, vehicle information and part references remain the property of their respective owners.

Third-party services and privacy

Our store uses Shopify and may use payment, delivery, analytics and other service providers. External services have their own terms and privacy notices. Our Privacy Policy explains how personal information is handled and takes precedence for privacy matters.

Liability and consumer protections

To the extent allowed by applicable law, we are not responsible for indirect or consequential losses caused by incorrect diagnosis, improper installation, failure to follow service procedures, vehicle modifications or use outside the product’s stated application. Nothing in these terms excludes liability or consumer rights that the law does not permit us to exclude.

Updates and governing law

We may revise these terms as our services or legal obligations change. Revisions and their update date appear here and apply prospectively unless the law requires otherwise. These terms are governed by Hong Kong SAR law, while preserving mandatory consumer protections applicable where you reside.
