Fulfillment and tracking
Eligible orders are fulfilled through Amazon Multi-Channel Fulfillment (MCF). BTSCAR remains the seller and handles customer service. Tracking is emailed after dispatch.
30-day returns and exchanges
Request an eligible return within 30 days of delivery. Standard returns must be new, unused, uninstalled and complete with original packaging. BTSCAR supplies a free prepaid return label, including for eligible change-of-mind returns, and charges no restocking fee. Refunds
After an eligible return is received and inspected, the refund is issued to the original payment method within 7 days. Bank posting times may be longer.

12-month limited warranty
Eligible products purchased directly from btscar-us.com are covered for 12 months from delivery against verified defects in materials or workmanship under normal automotive use.
Installed products
Installation does not automatically void warranty coverage. Installed items are not eligible for standard returns, but covered defects may qualify for warranty service. Incorrect installation, inadequate lubrication, contamination, overheating, misuse, racing, modifications and normal wear are excluded. Labor, diagnosis, towing and consequential expenses are excluded to the extent permitted by law. Statutory consumer rights remain unaffected.
Claim support
Email support@btscar-us.com with your order number, product or SKU, vehicle details and a description with photos or video. We may request reasonable installation or diagnostic information. Approved claims may receive replacement parts, an equivalent replacement, or a refund if no suitable replacement is available. We provide a prepaid label when an approved warranty item must be returned. Wait for our instructions before shipping.
